Hawai'i Keiki is hiring certified Medical Assistants to serve as School Health Support for the HIDOE. The School Health Support is responsible for assisting in COVID-19 response efforts under the direction of a Hawai'i Keiki nurse. This position is 32 hours per week during the school year and is located at a HIDOE school.
Medical Assistant certification is required. Applicants must also be a team player with effective verbal and written communication skills. Positions begin early 2022 depending on placement. Positions and_are available across the state.
Hawai'i Keiki is a partnership between UH Ma¯ noa Nancy Atmospera-Walch School of Nursing and the HIDOE to support the DOE to achieve student, school, and system success. Visit nursing.hawaii.edu/hawaii-keiki for program information.
