Hiring School Health Support for the HIDOE Make a Difference for Students
School Health Support Staff are The School Health Support is responsible for assisting in COVID-19 response efforts in Hawai'i Public Schools with Hawai'i Keiki under the direction of a Hawai'i Keiki nurse. This position is 32 hours per week during the school year and is located at a HIDOE school on Kaua'i.
Seeking applicants with certification as a Medical Assistant/CNA/Community Health Worker (preferred, not required). Must be a team player with effective verbal and written communication skills.
Positions begin early 2022 depending on placement.
Hawai'i Keiki is a partnership between UH Manoa NancyAtmospera-Walch School of Nursing and the HIDOE to support the DOE to achieve student, school, and system success.
