Relief Teller - Oahu

Position: Relief Teller
Locations: Oahu, Maui
Based on the island of Oahu or Maui, Relief Tellers provide full-time Teller support to
bank branches and assists with daily operations at all branches that are in need of
additional manpower. Under moderate supervision, Relief Tellers process various
financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner. They
actively cross sell Bank products and services and provide superior customer service by
assisting customers and prospective customers with requests and inquiries. Qualified
applicants must be flexible, have their own transportation and be able to work at various
locations, including neighbor island branches. Relief Tellers earn a salary differential
and mileage reimbursement.
Minimum Qualifications:
 High school diploma or GED
 Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
preferred
 Six months of cash handling or customer service experience
 Able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general
public
 Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired
 Working knowledge of Word
 Use of own transportation at all times, car insurance, and a clean driving record
 Available to report to any branch location, including neighbor island branches
 Flexible and able to adapt to different branch customers, personnel, and
operations of the bank
