Position: IT Specialist
Location: Honolulu, Oahu
TSB is looking for an IT Specialist to perform the Business Application Specialist role in their Information Technology Department.
Ideal candidates will have experience solving practical problems, staying in compliance with policies and standards, following procedures, working in a team environment, displaying professionalism during adversity, communicating effectively, documenting their work, and demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness. The position may require occasional travel. Candidates must have a valid Hawaii’s driver license and lift up to 50 lbs.
Candidates should have working knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
 Core Processing Applications \ Banking Applications Systems
 Business Analysis \ System Analysis
 Microsoft Office \ 365
 Relational Databases (Microsoft SQL Server \ MariaDB )
 Scripting: Powershell, VBScript, Batch Process, Shell Scripting
 Cloud Infrastructure (Microsoft Azure \ AWS)
 Hypervisors (VMWare EXSI, Hyper-v)
 IT Business Continuity \ Data Backup Concepts
 Cybersecurity practices and controls
 Incident \ Problem \ Service Fulfillment \ Change Management
 Asset \ Inventory Management
 Ticketing Systems (i.e., Kace, Remedy, ServiceNow)
Certifications in one or more of the following areas preferred:
 Service Management (i.e., ITIL)
 Project Management (i.e., Project+, PMI, ACP, CSM, PRINCE2)
 Database Certifications (i.e., MS SQL, Azure DBA Associate, etc.)
 Cloud Certifications (i.e., AWS, Cloud+, Azure)
 Cybersecurity Certifications (i.e., Security+, CISSP, CASP)
 Microsoft Certifications (i.e., MCSA, MSCE, MCSD, M365)
 Desktop\Helpdesk Support (i.e., A+,MCDST,IT Google Professional)
 Network Certifications (i.e., Network+, CCNA, CCNP, CASP)
 Data Center\Server Administration (i.e., VCP, VCTA, Server+)
