CONTROLLER

Position: Controller
Location: Honolulu
We are looking for a Controller who can ensure that financial reports to management,
supervisory agencies and regulatory agencies are completed accurately and in a timely
manner. They will assist with the management of the Accounting Department to ensure
that financial transactions and records are processed and maintained accurately and
efficiently. Will prepare or review financial statements, regulatory reports and SEC
reports. Analyzes accounting and regulatory requirements and incorporates them into
department operations and reporting. Provides internal and external audit and federal
bank examination support, including preparation of reports and schedules, analyses of
activities and variances, and responses to inquiries and findings.
Minimum Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
 Three to five years related work or practical experience and/or training in
Accounting and/or auditing
 Two years supervisory experience or equivalent combination of
education/experience
 Certified Public Accountant license
 Auditing experience highly desireable
