Customer Experience Officer
Pyramid Insurance is seeking a full-time Customer Experience Officer. The CEO supports the company's customer service delivery as the primary point of contact for customers at the Kaua'i branch office in Lihue. This person works closely with customers, independent agents, and employees to resolve inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently. Ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, possesses strong communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills, and proficient with technology.
