In our Career Development Program, affiliates receive expert coaching and education as they’re led through structured steps to lay the foundation for a career in financial services, which includes licensing and test prep (with the cost of exam and study materials covered by Prudential) and participating in generic core skills and marketing industry training.

To fit this role, we’re looking for individuals who have a:

• High school diploma or GED qualifications
• Passion for helping others
• Customer-service mindset
• Entrepreneurial work ethic
• Excellent set of business communication skills
• Sales experience is a plus
• Life and Health, SIE Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are a plus

Upon completion of our CDP Affiliate training program,  Prudential may offer you employment.  If you choose to accept our offer and join Prudential as an employee, your typical day may include:

• Developing relationships with clients (both existing and prospective)
• Gathering client information and using that information to build robust financial plans
• Helping clients prepare for their retirement
• Preparing and reviewing investment portfolio recommendations
