The Digital Account Specialist updates websites, maintains client advertising accounts, posts advertising on the website and our network, including social media, assists with marketing and media planning, and responds to customer service issues.

The candidate should possess demonstrated online skills and be able to work well with others to meet the needs of a progressive media company. This individual should be task-oriented, well-organized, creative, a quick-learner, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with an eye for detail and numbers.

• Maintain relevant and accurate content on websites via CMS
• Monitor and manage multiple social media accounts. This will involve creating, scheduling, and posting content, as well as responding to people's comments or inquiries.
• Traffic ads in ad server/CMS
• Maintain client accounts
• Client billing and account reconciliation
• Collaborate with others in developing advertising campaigns for clients
• Review analytics and provide feedback for optimization
• Traffic PPC campaigns and provide feedback for ROI and CRO
• Provide support to sales staff
• Special duties off-site as assigned by supervisor
• Other duties as assigned

Qualified candidates will have skills, knowledge of, and be able to hit the ground running with, the following applications, theories and technologies:
• Mac OS platform
• Knowledge of basic HTML
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Understanding of website analytics, e.g. Google Analytics
• Experience with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and pivot tables
• Familiarity with Wordpress or other content management systems
• Proficiency in social media brand management

• Preferred experience creating quick and simple graphics
• Punctuality and attendance is a must
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work at a computer for at up to four hours at a time
