Works with the program team to develop, implement and evaluate impactful programming for vulnerable youth. Assists participants in gaining self-awareness, focus, emotional balance, empathy, adaptability and positive outlook through coaching, nature-based experiential activities, and social emotional supports. Must be able to work a flexible schedule (Day, Evening, and Overnight).
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's (social work, psychology, education, or related) or the equivalent experience working with youth in need of educational, social and/or emotional support. Valid driver license, clean traffic abstract, and access to a privately owned automobile with valid no-fault insurance. TB clearance. First Aid and CPR/AED Certification, preferred.
