- We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to provide assist employees and managers by understanding of the full cycle of HR processes. Background in HRIS system, benefits, open enrollment, payroll, leave management, recruitment, terminations, and onboarding.
- Recruiting: The individual will work with the management team on appropriate staffing levels in their program/division. Assist management team with reviewing, evaluating, and planning staffing needs. Reviews job descriptions and staffing plan(s) for all open positions.
- Payroll: Maintaining payroll information: Work with the payroll department to ensure timely submission of timesheet data for bi-weekly payroll processing (verifying attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, reviewing for accuracy and approvals before making adjustments, reconcile insurance deductions against premiums paid and handle all garnishments, deductions, and PTO accruals)
- Demonstrate the ability to identify problems, provide solutions, and follow up with documentation.
