Will be responsible for a variety of activities and monitoring responsibilities, which include but are not limited to the maintenance of records of routine accounting transactions. Assists in the preparation of financial and operating reports including trial balances, adjustments and closing entries. May assist in the analysis and interpretation of accounting records for use by management.


· Provides general guidance to the Bookkeepers. Additional duties may include delegation of duties, support and/or assistance, training, instruction and review of assignments.

· Reconcile & prepares general ledger accounts, bank reconciliations, journal entries in the accounting software, & various reports.

· Accounts Payable

o Review payments for proper authorization and documentation, account coding and entry into the accounting software, sorting and coding invoices

· Accounts Receivable / Rent

o Review entry of cash receipts prepared by the Bookkeepers, correspondence prepared by the Bookkeepers provided upon tenant’s move-in and move-out.

· Will assist in annual audit and running various reports.
