Assistant Finance Director
REPORTS: to the Sr. Director of Finance and HAAR Operations
Assistant Finance Director works directly with HAAR membership and ValleyMLS participants to collect and maintain dues payments and records. The Assistant Director is also the manager of ARPAC investments and maintains all records of donations in the NAR / AAR database for proper recognition.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounts receivable and billing invoices for HAAR and ValleyMLS.
- Create all invoices for HAAR / ValleyMLS
- Bill and collect all membership dues, fees, and fines.
- Manage all ARPAC investments and maintains ARPAC database through Aristotle with NAR and AAR.
- Perform Other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance
Qualifications (Key Skills, Education and Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration required.
- Experience with financial management systems, and association management system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Member-centric, customer-service focused
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
