INVENTORY SPECIALIST

Honsador Lumber is seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, who can research and resolve inventory discrepancies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring accuracy of inventory records for products received and shipped.
• Conducting cycle counts for all 9 branches throughout the State of Hawaii.
• Identifying discrepancies preparing balance and shortage reports.
• Participating with physical inventories for all 9 branches.
• Performs other related duties as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.
• Travel to the Neighbor islands as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of inventory experience / inventory control procedures.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and basic computer programs.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Work weekends as needed for physical inventories.
• Organized, accountable, efficient and work with minimum supervision.
• Perform basic math calculations.
