Bakery Worker
Rotates throughout several tasks in the bakery including planting, dipping, wrapping, filling, and packaging of product while adhering to foods safety and quality procedures.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
Ability to work any shift, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
Ability to work well with others and be a team member
Ability to perform steady and productive work for an extended period
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to understand and follow oral or written work instructions
PHYSICAL & WORKING DEMANDS:
Ability to lift and /or move up to 50 lbs. unassisted occasionally
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently
Works around food manufacturing equipment and supplies
Continuously lifting, pushing, pulling, and grasping while standing for an 8 to 12-hour shift
Perform duties at elevations greater than 3 feet.
Wears protective gear (uniform), including gloves, face/eye shields, aprons, hearing protection, hairnets, beard nets, etc.
Ability to work overtime and/or flex work hours as required (day or night 12 hour-shifts) including weekends and holidays
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Inside of a typical industrial facility, which includes working with and around large machinery, variations in temperature, sound (decibels), odors, humidity, and elevations.
