Job Description

A Sales Executive Action Line is responsible for presenting the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and programs to guests and potential owners to generate maximum net sales volume while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As a Sales Executive Action Line you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Welcome clients and present luxury Hilton Grand Vacation Club ownership products to potential buyers.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer happiness.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise.
- Attend all sales training and sales meeting for key information on Hilton Grand Vacation Club product and related updates.
- Utilize selling concepts promoted at HGVC.
- Use various forms of communication (i.e. email, telephone and written correspondence) to work with guest owners.
- Generate referral leads with each new customer.
- Promote a positive work environment and adhere to Hilton Grand Vacations' core values and policies.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.

Qualifications
What are we looking for?

At the core of our company’s success are our Team Members. To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

1+ year(s) of customer service experience.

1+ year(s) of proven sales experience and effective sale closing.

Ability to resolve complex customer service issues.

Proven ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.

Must meet minimum VPG, volume, and all other compensation plan requirements.

Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking)

High School diploma or equivalent

Ability to acquire an active Hawaii Real Estate License within 45 days of hire.

Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

2+ years of customer service experience.

2+ years of proven high-end general sales experience.
-
2+ years of proven ability to negotiate high end sales and effectively close the sale.

Previous timeshare experience.

Current Hawaii Real Estate license holder.
