Accounts Receivable Specialist
Primary liaison for members regarding their account status & accuracy. Timely responses, performs research & helps to resolve issues on payments & charges. Backup to billing process. Responsible for collection & coordination of suspension of member/MLS accounts. 2-year degree in Business/Accounting or equivalent of experience. Ability to understand & interpret accounting information, excellent customer service and communication skills.
Government Affairs Administrator
Responsible for ensuring effective representation of HBR's interests at the local government level & provides staff support to HBR City Affairs Committee & related sub-committees. Works w/Dir. of Programs & CEO to shape public policy & advocacy strategies & activities. B.A. in Arts & Sciences and/or Business or minimum 3 years experience in program management. Government Affairs background preferred. Strong communication, organizational skills, interactive, networking & building relationships.
MLS Client Care Representative
Client care & technical support to ensure MLS subscribers utilize tools & products beneficial to their success. Proficient in desktop computers, MS Office programs, & web browsers. Minimum 2 years of experience troubleshooting computer hardware & software programs. Minimum 2 years customer service with effective written & verbal communication skills.
MLS Client Care & Programs Manager
Manages Sentrilock Program & MLS segment specific initiatives. Manage vendor, product, process & people associated with Sentrilock service delivery.
Supervises Programs Assistant, Client Success Specialist, and Client Care Representatives. Minimum 2-year in supervisory experience, customer service with effective written & verbal communication, and troubleshooting computer hardware & software programs.
