Job Title: Sales Specialist
This position is responsible for coordinating across Enterprise Sales (Corp & Majors) to ensure all Sales reps are consistently aware of upcoming contract renewal dates and CPE equipment maintenance renewal dates. The Sales Specialist must be highly motivated and proactive, as their success will be measured by their ability to proactively project manage the Sales reps to ensure contract termination dates do not pass without a successful renewal (and that the Sales reps have a plan for engaging with the customer to review the account and discuss renewal and potential upsells). CPE Maintenance renewals will be handled in the same manner with the Sales Specialist taking the lead to ensure the Sales rep has the information they need to address the maintenance renewal successfully with potential discussions on additional opportunities.
Provide customer contracts within 3 months of term to Sales reps and coordinate between rep and Technical Consulting an engagement strategy to successfully renew the contract and strategize on upsell opportunities
Provide maintenance renewal information within 3 months of maintenance expiration to Sales reps and coordinate between rep and Technical Consulting an engagement strategy to successfully renew the maintenance and strategize on upsell opportunities
Function as liaison between Enterprise Sales teams and Pre-Sales & Post-Sales support as needed
Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Valid Driver's License
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities
