Salary: $3,552 to $4,323 per month, salary to commensurate w/ training and experience

Join our team! Our Data Science Office (DSO) and Healthcare Associated Infection Branch (HAI), both located in the Disease
Outbreak Control Division, are each looking for a secretary to support their teams. Both positions are exempt, non-civil service,
temporary, full-time appointments. The secretary serves as a trusted personal assistant which requires a close and confidential
relationship with the respective branch manager (DSO or HAI), and an overall awareness of the activities and administrative
framework of organization. The position performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties from managing the branch
manager’s calendar to ensuring administrative needs are met for the office.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Education: College or business school graduate preferred.
Experience: Three years of progressively responsible specialized clerical experience which includes the full range of office
services in records and files maintenance, work and mail processing, purchasing, inventory control budget preparation, and
personnel services. Experience in typing correspondence, reports and other materials, which demonstrates knowledge of the
English grammar, spelling and math.

This position is exempt from civil service. Employment in such positions are, “at will.” The ELC Secretary position is located on
Oahu. Remote work is currently not available.
