Position: Senior Associate

Typical duties include but are not limited to:
• Maintain premium receivables and correspond with business associates on open receivables
• Process payments, answer phones and work with internal and external customers
• Analyze and interpret various accounting journals, policies, procedures and prepare journal entries
• Perform SOX compliance duties
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications / Experience:
• 2 year college degree or equivalent work experience
• 3 years general office experience
• Keyboard 35+ wpm
• Basic proficiency of MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills – including professional telephone etiquette skills
• An effective communicator who has strong relationship building skills necessary to service internal/external customers
• Performs well under pressure of deadlines and completes assigned tasks in a prompt and reliable manner
• Able to manage high volume of work in a multi-task environment
• Team player with strong customer service skills and mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
• Accounts receivable, collections and/or insurance experience
• Knowledge in Guidewire Billing Center
Special Circumstances:
• May require periodic overtime
• Handle sensitive and confidential customer information
