Our philosophy is to provide the most efficient and courteous valet services and ensure that every guest we serve feels special, secure, and respectfully cared for. We are hiring an Office Manager to manage the insurance claims, purchasing and inventory of supplies and handle incoming call and inquiries.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing insurance claims including collecting accurate claims data and other documents relating to the incident.
- Handling purchasing, inventory and allocation of supplies. Manages purchases by forwarding orders to suppliers and monitoring and expediting orders. Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipment errors with suppliers.
- Answering phones and directing calls to the approriate manager/location.
Requirements:
- Minumum two years administrative/office experience
- Customer service oriented
- Experienced with Word and Excel
- Reliable and dependable
- Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Must be very organized and detail-oriented
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a positive attitude and are a team player
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Previous insurance claims experience a plus
