A luxury Las Vegas area dealership has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Internet Director. Ideal candidates have a history of sales success and are self-driven, motivated to succeed, and have the ability to select, coach, motivate, lead and retain a high-volume BDC sales team. This candidate must be data and technology driven using video, social media, texting, email, and CRM.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all aspects of Internet BDC including hiring, training, process development, KPI reporting, and execution of projection plan
- Recruit, train, retain BDC sales staff dedicated to delivering an unparalleled customer experience
- Execute activities of the Internet sales process including:
- Ensuring timely response to customer inquiries
- Managing customer follow up, appointment setting, and sales response times
- Coaching the BDC team through the prospecting and customer journey
- Managing and reporting digital KPIs and lead sources, including ROI
- Monitoring and reporting lead response time and lead source to closing ratios
- Managing internet and phone provider performance
- Monitor CRM to ensure all customer leads are responded to in a timely manner and oversee CRM usage and adoption by each internet team member
- Meet and exceed monthly BDC sales goals while developing long-term relationships with customers.
- Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection and financing options
- Desk both new and used vehicles
- Perform trade appraisals
- Quote pricing, rates, and inventory availability
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have prior Internet/BDC Sales Management experience
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent time management with the ability to multi-task quickly
