“EKOLU CRISIS CASE MANAGER: Join the “Team of Mindfully Respectful Professionals.” You’ll be developing clinically based treatment relationships with persons diagnosed with mental illness; helping them integrate into the community using a recovery plan: obtaining psychiatrist visits, medications, housing, substance abuse treatment, legal coordination services and other services. You’ll report to the crisis stabilization facility in Kaneohe to work with the mental health clients, the treatment team, stakeholders in the community, and to complete vital treatment documentation. You’ll deescalate clients in crisis when needed. You’ll also host skill building groups to help in client recovery. This position is onsite in Kaneohe, near HSH. The facility operates 24/7/365. No on-call is required. This facility is an indoor/outdoor therapeutic compound with ramps, stairs, and gravel/uneven ground. Currently Hiring Shifts: 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. We prefer full time: four or five 8-hour shifts, so 32-40 hours/week. Part time also considered (less than 20 hours/week).”
