Program Director III – Kauai Family Centers Full-Time. Oversee program operations, ensuring prompt response to referrals, proper management of caseloads, and achievement of program goals. Plans, organizes, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates services provided. Supervises program staff and provides direct service backup as needed. Provides community leadership through networking with community leaders, funders, and advocacy groups. Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or related field. 12+ years post-master's experience, 4-years supervisory and clinical experience. Clinical experience includes providing therapy to individuals with domestic violence, substance abuse, and familial issues required.
Clinical Supervisor – Kauai Crisis Mobile Outreach Full-Time. Oversee program operations, ensuring prompt response to a youth experiencing a crisis, and achievement of program goals. Plans, organizes, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates services provided. Supervises program staff and provides direct service to youth as the need arise. Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or related field. 2+ years post-master's experience preferred. 4-years supervisory experience, clinical experience with individuals in crisis. and Hawaii clinical licensure required. Clinical license includes Clinical or Educational Psychologist, Hawaii licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Hawaii licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Hawaii licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Hawaii-licensed psychiatrist, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certified as a Psychiatric Nurse Specialist.
Program Manager – Kauai Head Start Full-Time. Oversee implementation & operations of Head Start Preschools. Compile, analyze, report, and create action steps to address data within programming. Ensures comprehensive services are delivered to effectively to families. Lead and supervise program staff. Bachelor's Degree in early childhood education, human service, business administration, or related field. Supervisory experience and experience working with families of children under the age of 5 required. Experience teaching in a preschool classroom setting is preferred.
Program Supervisor – Kauai Family Strengthening Services & Strong Families Home Visiting Full-Time. Plan, organize, monitor, and evaluate program services. Conduct intake and assessment, including review of presenting family concerns. Engage family in developing strengths-based, culturally appropriate Service plans that reflects any risk issues and family's needs. Provide supervision to staff and direct service to families. Masters' Degree in social work or related field. 2+ years of supervisor experience and working with parents/caretakers dealing with domestic violence, substance abuse, and familial issues required. Experience working with families of children under the age of 5 preferred.
Family Counselor – Kauai Family Centers Full-Time. Provides individual/group/family therapy to Family Center participants. Conduct intake and assessment, including review of presenting family concerns. Engage family in developing strengths-based, culturally appropriate Service plans that reflects any risk issues and family's needs. Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or related field OR Master's Level intern with 4+ years of counseling experience. 2+ years working with families of diverse ethnic, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds preferred.

Conduct intake and assessment with participants and create service plan and goals. Assist families, through advocacy or concrete help, to mobilize community resource systems to receive needed services. Provide transportation as needed. Bachelor's Degree. 2+ years working with families of diverse ethnic, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds preferred.
Specialist I – Kauai Voluntary Case Management Part-Time. Provide outreach, home visiting services and safety assessment and planning to families referred by Child Protective Service Intake. Assist families, through advocacy or concrete help, to mobilize community resource systems to receive needed services. Provide transportation as needed. Bachelor's Degree.2+ years working with families of diverse ethnic, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds preferred.
Program Secretary – Kauai Full-Time. Provide administrative assistance to support goals of, and services provided by, management and direct service staff. Perform secretarial duties, recordkeeping, and administrative detail and follow-up functions. May involve driving to run errands. High School or General Equivalency Diploma.2+ years of clerical or business experience preferred.
Parent Educator - Kauai Strong Families Home Visiting Full-Time. Collaborate with family, counselor, and referring agency to develop a family service plan focused on child development goals and reducing stressors. Administer child development screens and other assessments as appropriate. Provide referral to community resources and transportation services as necessary. High School or General Equivalency Diploma. 2+ years working with families of children under the age of 5 preferred.
Family Assessment Worker – Positive Youth Development Part-Time. Provide informal individual and group counseling and skill building for youth on topics such as finances, housing, transportation, education, decision making, anger management, and values. Provides support services to the youth's family. High School or General Equivalency Diploma. 6+ months working with youth and/or families preferred.
Head Teacher – Kauai Head Start Part-Time / Part-Time Substitute. Plan and implement daily curriculum and supervise all aspects of Head Start classroom. Exercise discretion and independent judgment while providing effective and efficient administration and operation of classroom, including the direction and guidance of classroom staff and volunteers, effective planning, and organizing of daily duties. Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education and six months working experience in an Early Childhood
program OR Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, plus one year working experience in an Early Childhood program. Experience working with families of children under the age of 5 preferred.
Classroom Aide – Kauai Head Start Part-Time / Part-Time Substitute. Assist Head Teacher in developing a nurturing and challenging classroom environment. Assist in planning and implementing classroom activities and performs daily classroom management and program operations. High School or General Equivalency Diploma. Experience working with families of children under the age of 5 preferred.
Home Visitor – Kauai Head Start Full-Time. Provide comprehensive home visiting Early Head Start services to children and families, capitalizing on the home as the child's primary learning environment. High School or General Equivalency Diploma.Experience working with families of children under the age of 5 preferred. Child Development Associate credential or organized two-year college program and Certificate in Early Childhood Education preferred.
