Our Customer Care Representatives, deliver excellent customer service and are responsible for assisting with account inquiries, problem resolution, and processing requests. This job is also responsible for analyzing account activity to identify suspicious or unusual activity, and educating customers about the different product and service solutions, as well as alternate channels of banking. The only requirements for this position are a high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least one year of experience working with customers. We provide all other training needed for your success!
