Pay

$14 to $22 an hour

 

Responsibilities

  • Carry out administrative duties, such as typing correspondence, utilizing a computer, and filing.
  • Answer telephones and take accurate messages.
  • Ensure accurate and timely flow of information.
  • Maintain and organize project and personnel files.
  • Other administrative duties as needed.

 

Qualifications

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, specifically Word.
  • Must be energetic, proactive, and show initiative.
  • Must have a friendly and customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to take direction well and think on one's feet.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
