Executive Assistant/Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager to work alongside a busy
company President and become an important part of a fast growing team. An ideal candidate is
responsive, professional, well-organized, thoughtful, self-directed, positive, and seeking a challenging
role.
(This is a Direct-Hire position)
Responsibilities
● Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and
preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
● Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
● Performing minor accounting duties using QuickBooks
● Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when
necessary
● Arranging transportations and accommodations for the executive's business trips
● Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most
sensitive matters
● Answer, screen & route telephone calls and use appropriate telephone etiquette
● Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
● Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
● Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Qualification:
● Work experience as legal secretary or paralegal for 10+ years
● Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software
● Accounting and QuickBooks experience a plus
● Outstanding organizational and time management skills
● Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy and fax machines,
scanners)
● Excellent verbal and written communications skills
● Discretion and confidentiality
● Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives.
● Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.
● Interpersonal skills

Compensation:
● $90,000 - $120,000/year (Depends on skills and experiences)
