We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Executive Admin Assistant to join our team.
● Answering and directing phone calls
● Responding to and forwarding emails
● Creating and maintaining files and records
● Completing data entry and other clerical tasks as assigned
● Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
● Create and update excel spreadsheets.
● Maintain a filing system for hard copy and soft copy documents.
● Ordering of office supplies, promotional items.
● Performing other general office duties as needed
● Computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point
● Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
● Ability to prioritize and multitask
● Communication Technology specifically Zoom.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skill
● Strong attention to detail
● Strong organizational skills
● QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus
Work Location: Multiple location available
Work Schedule: Full Time
Pay: $20-25/hour (Depends on Experience)
